For steel cutting
加工钢材
All saw blades dimension from Ø 160 mm to 2200 mm in the different blade thickness and cutting width also teeth number are menufactured according the customer’s requirment.
● The first toth geometry that was developed for steel cutting with carbide tipped circular saw bldes is the Roughing and Finishing tooth geometry. Tthis geometry was developed in 1966 in cooperation with Braunschweig University and is used for cutting solid aterials in different qualities.
● the Chip Breaker tooth geoety represents and addition variation of chipping. Here, all teeth are located on a single radius which makes allowance fro higher feed rates than are possible with the roughing and finishing tooth geometry. The efficient tooth for is used for cutting tubes and solid material
● The 4-chip tooth geometry represents and advancement of the roughing and finishing tooth geometries. This variation is used for difficult cutting applications or whenever short cutting cycles are required.
